What is a core deposit? Core is your failed original unit. We sell our turbochargers on an exchange basis meaning we need your failed unit to rebuild and continue the process. Without your core we need to source turbos from recyclers.
Once we receive your core, the deposit will be refunded back to your original payment method. Your core must be in rebuildable condition, housings not cracked, destroyed or disassembled with missing components. We do not provide return labels for cores. Please put a copy of your original receipt in the package so we know whom to credit. Cores must be returned within 90 days for full credit, cores returned past 90 days will have 30% deduction.
Payment is due at time of checkout. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Shipping is to 48 continental states. We ship via USPS, FEDEX and UPS within 24 to 48 hours from our Seattle warehouse. Shipping to PO boxes done only by USPS.
We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and international customers contact us for a special quote prior to order.
Express, 2nd day and overnight shipment available, options available at the checkout. Notice due to COVID regulations overnight shipping is no longer guaranteed by the carriers and will not be reimbursed in case of misdelivery.
All of our NEW parts carry 1 (one) year warranty. If any part fails within a year of purchase date, Customer must inform us via email (sales@spdparts.com) to obtain a "Return Authorization Form", after that Customer shall return an item to us for an inspection.
If the inspection approves that an item is defective then a replacement item will be shipped to the customer.Under no circumstances we are responsible for any installation fees.
